Download my free "Board Fiduciary Lens Discussion Guide."

This tool is developed to normalize discussions about Fiduciary Duty and ethics, during an annual board and staff meeting. The resulting discussions are important for building a strong nonprofit that is able to withstand the temptations of mission drift and other costly distractions.

Use this guide at least once a year during a board retreat, guided by an unbiased moderator. The discussions will lead toward clarity on the board's strengths as well as areas to strengthen in the coming year.

WHY I BUILT THIS TOOL:
If you do not plan for strengthening your board’s fiduciary responsibilities and your own understanding of ethical guidelines, it will not happen.
